A1 Karaoke Nights will send out the majority of items on the same day of purchase. If there is a problem, or the item is out of stock or on order, you will be contacted immediately with a delivery time.

In the unlikely event that an item is received in a damaged or faulty condition, we will repair or replace the faulty item. This is not applicable to items which have suffered miss-use. All items are checked by our QA team prior to shipping. Partial loss or damage in transit must be reported in writing to ourselves within three days of receipt of the goods.

The Long Distance Selling Regulations apply to all mail order customers. This gives you up to 7 days from receipt of the order, to return the item for a refund. The item must be in an unused, unopened and sealed state. All returned items should be sufficiently packed. A full refund will be give minus a £12.50 to cover our postage and packing charges. A full refund will not be given to any item found to be opened and used. These regulations are not applicable to Karaoke Discs and consumables.

If an Item is returned after 7 working days, or within 7 working days and has been opened or used, a 15% restocking and administration charge will be required.

Any item being returned to A1 Karaoke Nights Ltd must be sent via a "tracked and signed for" method. We do not accept responsibility if an item should become lost whilst being returned to us.

Our prices can change from time to time. This is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as rising fuel & shipping costs and the price of the US Dollar.

A1 Karaoke Nights will not be held liable for any third party claims or loss of earnings due to late delivery or failure of the products. These would be circumstances beyond our control and be assured, we will be doing all we can to resolve them.

All items which have a USA 2 pin plug, will be supplied with a free USA to UK adaptor. Please bear in mind we do not offer free USA -EU adaptors. They will have to be purchased separately.

Please allow a maximum of 21 days for your delivery to arrive. If an item is required urgently - please contact us for an exact delivery time.
