I purchase this for the family as a Christmas present. Being a novice at this kind of thing, I didn't know how to set it up. I wanted to make sure it was working before the big day, so A1 karaoke kindly talked me through the whole process. It arrieved next day too! Prompt, efficiant and I would reccomend this site to anyonee 10/10
